• Maintain sales floor standards and provide management with feedback on customer and category needs.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, managers, and coworkers.
• Operate registers and move around the sales floor; stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as needed.
• Work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as required.
