Summary
Seasonal role supporting store operations across shipping, receiving, stock room, cash office and administrative duties to ensure efficient retail operations and an exemplary customer experience. Position is temporary for up to three months and involves coordination with vendors and internal partners to maintain store processes and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Maintain office and facilities supplies and grooming products for associates
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable to ensure timely invoice approval
- Support shrink reduction efforts and report violations per company regulations
- Coordinate accessory repair, engraving and embossing services with external vendors
- Assist with inventory preparation and execution including processing incoming and outgoing merchandise
- Read and execute transfer, shipping, alteration, inventory and vendor documents
- Execute Cash Office processes and ensure POS audit compliance
- Control and replenish supplies as requested by management
- Provide process improvement suggestions to enhance efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years retail operations experience in support customer service or sales roles
- Proficient with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint and able to learn new systems
- Strong time management multitasking and prioritization skills
- Collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand walk and lift approximately 20 lbs and handle stock for receiving and stocking
- Demonstrated passion for the brand and desire to grow within the company
- Ability to follow company regulations and maintain professional etiquette
