Seasonal Part-Time Operations Associate

Summary

Seasonal part-time operations associate responsible for supporting store operations including shipping and receiving, stock room, cash office and administrative duties. This role focuses on maintaining supplies, coordinating repair and engraving services, supporting inventory preparation and ensuring compliance with company operational standards during a maximum three month assignment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain office and facilities supplies and grooming products for associates
• Work with accounts payable to ensure invoices are approved correctly and promptly
• Support shrink reduction efforts and report violations according to company regulations
• Coordinate accessories repair service through external vendors
• Coordinate engraving and embossing services
• Process incoming and outgoing merchandise per company standards
• Read and execute transfer, shipping, alteration, inventory and vendor documents
• Execute Cash Office processes and ensure POS audit compliance
• Assist with inventory preparation and execution

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years retail operations experience in support customer service or sales capacity
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
• Strong time management ability to multi task and prioritize
• Collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand walk and lift approximately 20 lbs and move stock for receiving and stocking
