Job Description

Summary

The Stock Controller partners with store operations and sales teams to execute operational duties and ensure compliance with company procedures. This role manages inventory, shipping and receiving, supports stock associates, and maintains stock both back of house and front of house to operations guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory, shipping and receiving procedures
  • Oversee delivery of incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Direct staff for store inventories and partner with Stock Associates
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and achieve inventory level accuracy
  • Provide customer service for repairs and returns of merchandise
  • Ensure stock presentation and maintenance meet operations guidelines
  • Support store staff to comply with inventory maintenance and back of house procedures
  • Adhere to company operational policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years retail operations experience
  • Prior luxury retail experience preferred
  • Proven experience in inventory management and reporting
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • College degree preferred
  • Authorization to work in the country of employment
  • Ability to work overtime and varied hours and stand for extended periods
  • Ability to move merchandise weighing up to 40 pounds and operate store equipment
