Seasonal Part-Time Operations Associate

Summary

Support store operations and help deliver an exemplary customer experience through efficient handling of shipping, receiving, inventory, cash office, and administrative duties. This seasonal position lasts a maximum of three months.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing merchandise, shipping documents, transfers, and related records according to company standards.
• Support inventory preparation and execution, shrink reduction, and effective store processes.
• Carry out cash office procedures and help maintain compliance with point-of-sale audit requirements.
• Coordinate repair, engraving, and embossing services, and manage office, facilities, and associate supplies.
• Partner with accounts payable and store teams to support daily operations and resolve process needs.

Requirements

• At least two years of retail operations experience in a support, customer service, or sales capacity.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new systems.
• Strong time management, prioritization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative approach, professional conduct, and enthusiasm for the product.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts, lift approximately 20 pounds, and pack, unpack, and move stock.
