Summary

Supports store logistics and fulfillment operations, including processing merchandise receipts and preparing customer orders. Helps ensure merchandise is handled accurately and customers receive their orders in excellent condition.

Responsibilities

• Process new merchandise receipts according to company standards.
• Locate and pick merchandise from the sales floor and stockrooms for fulfillment.
• Pack orders using appropriate techniques and policies.
• Assist with returns to vendors, price changes, damages, and other logistical tasks.
• Welcome customers on the selling floor and support store events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapt to changing priorities, and use technology.
• Availability for a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
