Summary

Seasonal Receiving Support Associate responsible for assisting with incoming shipments and inventory processing at the Roosevelt Field location. This part time role focuses on accurate receipt, staging, and organization of merchandise to support store operations during peak season. The position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and teamwork to maintain efficient stock flow.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unpack incoming shipments according to store procedures
• Verify shipment contents against packing lists and report discrepancies
• Label, tag, and stage merchandise for sales floor or stockroom
• Operate basic material handling equipment safely
• Maintain organized and clean receiving and stock areas
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed
• Move merchandise between stockroom and sales floor when required
• Coordinate with store team to prioritize incoming products

Requirements

• Previous retail receiving or stockroom experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move heavy boxes repeatedly
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work a flexible part time schedule including peak seasonal hours
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability and punctuality
