Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools such as text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a customer following
- Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product selection
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise and perform price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and maintain department customer readiness
- Work flexible schedules and occasionally support other departments
- Use networking and technology to achieve sales targets
- Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced team environment
Requirements
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Self motivated and goal oriented with strong sales focus
- Interest and ability to use digital tools and social media for selling
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Organizational skills and strong follow through
- Capability to continuously move for 6-8 hours and perform physical tasks
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally heavier for stock roles
