Summary

Seasonal Retail Associate supporting the selling team during the holiday period to enhance client experiences across store departments. The role involves greeting clients, supporting transactions and pickup services, and assisting with fitting room and department needs while reporting to a Senior Manager.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and within departments
• Transition clients to appropriate associates based on service needs
• Serve in different areas of the store based on business needs
• Process Point of Sale transactions as needed
• Handle escalated issues and connect customers with management
• Support BOPIS and curbside pickup and online order pickups
• Assist with alterations pickups and partner with operations and managers on duty
• Support fitting room experiences when required
• Promote store services such as alterations personalization and package carry-out or delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer centric role(s)
• Proven ability to sell products and services
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and escalate appropriately
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer focused with attention to service detail
