Summary
Ambassador of the Maison responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets, developing client portfolios, and ensuring exceptional client experiences. Actively participates in daily boutique operations and supports in-store and offsite events while upholding brand image.
Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management
- Greet and acknowledge customers and deliver outstanding customer service before during and after sales
- Adapt approach to client needs negotiate and handle objections
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships and capture client data for follow up
- Support and participate in in store and offsite events and networking
- Assist with daily boutique set up breakdown merchandising and back stock maintenance
- Participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts to support audits
- Resolve client issues escalate to management as needed
Requirements
- 2 years minimum luxury retail service or hospitality experience
- General knowledge of timepiece movements
- Ability to work in a fast paced retail store environment including weekends
- Computer and internet savvy with MS Office experience SAP preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Additional language skills are a plus
- Willingness to travel for trainings client events and conferences
