Summary
Provide personalized lingerie fittings and styling to customers, build lasting relationships through in-store and digital interactions, and support overall department presentation and sales goals. Deliver empathetic, body positive service while maintaining product knowledge and participating in training provided by the employer and brand partners.
Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings and measure customers for size and fit guidance.
- Provide personalized service and honest feedback to build customer loyalty.
- Achieve sales goals through in-store and digital channels including text and social media.
- Collaborate with team to fill orders, restock merchandise and re-merchandise displays.
- Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to maintain a customer-ready department.
- Participate in continuous learning and product training from the employer and brand consultants.
- Use networking and technology to drive sales and follow up with customers.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and support team dynamics.
- Empathy, sensitivity and commitment to body positive service during intimate apparel fittings.
- Self-motivation and drive to meet sales objectives.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Physical ability for continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift including bending, twisting and reaching.
- Frequent use of hands for grasping and manipulation and ability to handle bulky items.
- Ability to regularly lift items up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
