Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships while achieving sales targets for a luxury eyewear brand at the Domain Northside location. Use product expertise to make personalized recommendations and support omnichannel customer experiences while maintaining store standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and a memorable shopping experience.
- Maintain in-depth product and brand knowledge and attend trainings.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Build and maintain client relationships and perform follow-up communication.
- Provide omnichannel support for seamless online and in-store services.
- Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and back of house.
- Adhere to brand policies and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with multitasking ability.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Experience operating a POS system preferred.
