Provide personalized beauty experiences in a luxury beauty department by engaging customers, performing makeup applications and skincare consultations, and driving sales both in-store and digitally. Maintain product knowledge of trends and brand offerings while contributing to a welcoming team environment at the Barton Creek Square Mall location.
Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
- Recommend products from ontrend and luxury beauty brands to maximize sales
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Use digital tools including text and social media to sell and build customer relationships
- Set and achieve individual and team sales goals
- Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges accurately
- Keep the department organized, clean, and customer-ready
- Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date product and industry knowledge
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, including makeup application and skincare
- Ability to connect with customers and handle customer concerns with empathy
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills
- Drive to achieve sales goals and willingness to use networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Capacity for continuous movement and physical tasks during shifts
- Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
