Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings by measuring for size and recommending fit and styles.
- Provide personalized customer service and honest feedback to build loyalty.
- Achieve sales goals in-store and through digital tools such as text and social media.
- Collaborate with the team on filling orders, stocking, and remerchandising.
- Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to maintain a customer ready department.
- Participate in training to stay current on fashion and product knowledge.
- Use technology and networking to drive sales and follow up with customers.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers.
- Empathy sensitivity and commitment to body positive fittings for diverse customers.
- Self motivated with a drive to meet sales goals and use digital tools for selling.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced retail environment.
- Physical ability to be on feet and move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift.
- Frequent use of hands for grasping and manipulation and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Willingness to complete background check and comply with location specific requirements.
