Seasonal Retail Associate - Austin

Summary

Seasonal Retail Associate supporting the selling team during peak holiday periods to enhance the client experience through welcoming guests, processing transactions, and assisting across store areas. Role reports to a Senior Manager and requires flexibility to work nights weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and within departments and transition to appropriate associates
• Serve in different store areas based on business needs
• Process Point of Sale transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handle escalated customer issues and connect clients with management as needed
• Follow up on customer requests questions and needs
• Support BOPIS curbside pickup and alterations in partnership with operations and managers
• Assist with fitting room experiences when required
• Promote services such as alterations personalization food or beverage and package carry out or delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer centric roles with ability to sell products and services
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with operations and management teams
