Seasonal Retail Associate - Gifts

Summary

Seasonal Retail Associate supporting store sales and client experience during peak holiday season. Works across departments to welcome clients, assist with purchases, and support fulfillment activities while reporting to a Senior Manager.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and within departments
• Transition clients to appropriate associates based on needs
• Serve in different store areas based on business needs
• Process Point of Sale transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handle escalated customer issues and connect clients with management
• Support BOPIS and curbside pickup and coordinate online pickups
• Partner with Operations and managers to support alterations and fittings
• Assist with fitting room experiences when needed
• Promote store services such as alterations personalization and delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of customer facing experience with selling ability
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle escalations and follow up on client requests
