Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and within departments
• Transition clients to appropriate associates based on service needs
• Serve in various areas of the store according to business needs
• Process Point of Sale transactions efficiently
• Handle escalated customer issues and connect to management
• Support BOPIS and curbside pickup and alterations pickups
• Assist with fitting room experiences when needed
• Introduce clients to services such as alterations, personalization, food or beverage, and package delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of customer-centric experience with proven sales ability
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle escalations calmly and follow up on customer requests
