Summary

Seasonal Retail Associate responsible for cultivating client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement both in-store and digitally. Role focuses on styling, using digital tools and omni channel inventory to achieve sales and conversion goals. This onsite position reports to the Sales Manager and supports wardrobing and outreach efforts.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with clients through elevated selling and personal engagement
• Provide expert styling and brand knowledge to clients in person and remotely
• Utilize digital tools social media and store technology for outreach and selling
• Use omni channel and fleetwide inventory to fulfill client needs
• Achieve personal sales client conversion and wardrobing goals
• Strategize individual business to increase productivity through outreach and technology
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration

Requirements

• Commission sales experience
• Experience selling to clients using digital tools and technology
• Styling fashion or fashion retail experience
• High school diploma or equivalency required
• Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals
• Flexible work schedule including availability for seasonal hours
