Summary

Seasonal Retail Associate responsible for cultivating client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement. The role uses digital tools and in-store technology to service clients both in person and remotely while meeting sales and conversion goals. This position is onsite at the specified store and reports to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain client relationships through personalized service
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge to drive sales
• Utilize digital selling tools and store technology for outreach and transactions
• Execute omni-channel selling using fleetwide inventory
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals

Requirements

• Previous styling, fashion, or fashion retail experience
• Experience selling on commission
• Comfortable using technology and digital selling tools
• Motivated to set and achieve sales goals
• High School Diploma or equivalency required
• Flexible work schedule to meet business needs
