Senior Client Advisor - Legacy West

Summary

The Senior Client Advisor leads sales and client service efforts on the selling floor, supporting the Store Director and Team Manager in driving results, training and supervising Client Advisors, and overseeing daily store operations. This role models brand values, builds client relationships, and assists with merchandise and visual standards to deliver a premium luxury retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide Client Advisors to achieve sales and performance goals
• Provide real time coaching and feedback in partnership with Team Manager
• Assist with onboarding and training of new sales team members
• Deliver exceptional client service by greeting, listening, and assisting clients
• Drive individual KPIs and attract new clients through community networking
• Perform floor leadership duties including opening and closing the store
• Maintain visual merchandising standards for product presentation
• Support daily store operations when management is not present
• Act as first point of contact for difficult client issues

Requirements

• Sales management experience in retail or luxury retail preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proven ability to create positive customer experiences and build loyalty
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook
• Industry awareness and strong business acumen
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills
• Passion for the fashion industry
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
