Summary

The Seasonal Retail Associate supports the selling team during peak season to enhance the client experience through welcoming guests, assisting across store areas, and executing sales transactions. This role reports to a Senior Manager and requires flexibility for nights weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly at store entrances and within departments
• Transition clients to appropriate associates based on service needs
• Serve in different areas of the store depending on business needs
• Process Point of Sale transactions efficiently
• Handle escalated issues and connect customers with management
• Support BOPIS curbside pickup and order pickups
• Assist with fitting room experiences when needed
• Introduce services such as alterations personalization and package carry-out or delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer centric role with proven selling ability
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
• Customer service oriented with strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment
