Seasonal Retail Associate supporting the selling team during peak season to enhance client experiences across store entrances and departments. The role assists with transactions, supports curbside and BOPIS pickups, and helps create exceptional fitting room and in-store service moments. Flexible schedule required including nights weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and transition them to appropriate associates
• Serve in multiple areas of the store based on business needs
• Process Point of Sale transactions efficiently
• Handle escalated issues and connect customers with management
• Support BOPIS curbside pickup and online order pickups
• Assist with alterations and partnership with Operations team
• Support fitting room experiences when needed
• Introduce clients to services such as alterations personalization food or beverage and delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer centric role with selling experience
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle escalations and follow up on customer requests
