Responsibilities

• Support sales team to meet daily and monthly targets through excellent client service.
• Greet and assist clients with a professional and elevated approach.
• Provide personalized gift wrapping and packaging following brand standards.
• Maintain back-of-house organization including stockroom upkeep and product replenishment.
• Assist with floor sets, restocking, and maintaining product displays.
• Support during peak periods including weekends, holidays, and in-store events.
• Multitask and work efficiently in a fast paced retail environment.

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred; luxury experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to a premium customer experience.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
• Team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
