Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences at the Gilroy Outlet, driving sales and client development while supporting store operations and merchandising. Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Provide an elevated client experience through styling expertise and product knowledge
• Capture client data and cultivate new and existing client relationships
• Initiate regular client contact and follow-up on sales and inquiries
• Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization
• Adhere to company policies and retail procedures
• Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
• Continuously seek feedback and maintain a learning attitude

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in retail sales or customer service
• Proven ability to generate sales and build client relations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills
• Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
