Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and by phone with sales, returns and other transactions at checkout
• Provide fast friendly customer service and recommend products based on customer needs
• Maintain the cash wrap and sales floor by restocking straightening and light cleaning
• Support order fulfillment order pick-up and other store areas as needed
• Build customer relationships by informing customers about events gift cards and rewards
• Stay informed on fashion trends and product knowledge to assist purchase decisions
• Work flexible schedule based on business needs

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Strong organization follow through and problem solving ability
• Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new applications
• Physical ability to be on your feet moving 6-8 hours per shift with bending reaching and lifting
• Able to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
• Availability for a flexible schedule during the seasonal period
