Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Use texting and social media to engage customers and grow a following
• Provide styling advice and confident feedback about fit and product
• Build lasting customer relationships and open rewards program accounts
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Keep the department customer ready and perform light cleaning
• Support other departments as needed based on business demands
• Work a flexible schedule with variable hours
