The Seasonal Retail Salesperson helps customers find products and provides fashion and styling advice in-store and through digital selling. This variable-schedule role supports sales goals and contributes to a customer-ready department.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling.
• Build customer relationships and provide helpful service and feedback on style and fit.
• Develop product and fashion knowledge and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, process markdowns, and keep the department clean.
• Work a flexible schedule and, when needed, assist in other departments.
