Provide fashion-focused sales and styling assistance in-store and through digital selling. Build customer relationships, achieve sales goals, and help maintain a customer-ready department.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools.
• Build lasting customer relationships and provide helpful style and fit feedback.
• Develop fashion and product knowledge and support Nordstrom Rewards enrollment.
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, mark down prices, and perform light cleaning.
• Work a flexible schedule and assist in other departments as needed.
