Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals using available selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build customer relationships, provide confident feedback on style and fit, and deliver service on customers' terms.
• Develop product and fashion knowledge and open new rewards program accounts.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, marking down prices, and performing light cleaning.
• Work flexibly across departments and schedules based on business needs.
