Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using texts and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow a customer following
• Provide styling advice and confident feedback on product fit and selection
• Open new customer reward program accounts to grow relationships
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, remerchandise displays, perform price markdowns, and maintain cleanliness
• Work collaboratively with the team to keep the department customer ready
• Be flexible to perform duties in other departments as business needs require
• Work a variable schedule based on business needs
