Summary

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor
• Drive sales through product knowledge and personalized service
• Operate point of sale systems and process transactions
• Support merchandising including stocking and floor sets
• Maintain store presentation and cleanliness
• Participate in team meetings and training
• Support fitting room and returns processes
• Assist with order fulfillment and delivery tasks

Requirements

• Customer focused with strong communication skills
• Ability to work retail hours including weekends and holidays
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Basic math and cash handling ability
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
• Authorization to work in the country of employment
• Willingness to participate in background check as required
