Beauty Advisor

Summary

The Beauty Advisor provides outstanding customer service and drives individual and vendor line sales by building and maintaining customer relationships, executing consultations and applications, and maintaining a well merchandised counter while following company standards and using clienteling tools.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual and vendor line sales goals and event targets
• Provide exceptional customer experience from approach through follow up
• Conduct professional make up and treatment consultations and applications
• Utilize online clienteling tools to record and maintain client information and preferences
• Support pre booked facial consultation events and in house training programs
• Maintain counter standards ensuring a clean and welcoming selling area
• Collaborate with team members and liaise with Account Executive

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably in cosmetics
• Proven sales experience with history of exceeding quotas
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced team oriented environment
• Ability to learn and utilize clienteling software
• Attention to detail and initiative
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
