Fragrance Concierge

Summary

Client Advisor focused on fragrance who cultivates relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement. Role is onsite and utilizes digital tools and omni-channel inventory to service clients in-store and remotely. Reports to the Sales Manager and aims to achieve personal sales and client conversion goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert product knowledge and styling for fragrance clients.
• Engage clients in person and digitally using store technology.
• Utilize omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to fulfill client needs.
• Meet personal sales targets and conversion goals.
• Conduct outreach and wardrobing activities to grow client business.
• Use social media and digital tools to connect with clients and drive traffic.
• Collaborate with team to create a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Experience in fashion retail or styling with fragrance knowledge.
• Experience selling to clients using digital tools and technology.
• Commission sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Motivated to set and achieve sales goals.
• Flexible work schedule availability.
