The salesperson will build customer relationships, provide styling guidance, and support merchandising and inventory tasks in a fast paced environment during the holiday period.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Use texting and social media to engage customers and grow sales
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide style and fit guidance with honesty and confidence
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform re merchandising
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer relationships
• Work flexibly across departments as business needs require
