Responsibilities

• Set and achieve in-store and digital sales goals using available selling tools.
• Build lasting customer relationships and provide confident feedback on style and fit.
• Develop product and fashion knowledge and promote Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, processing markdowns, and performing light cleaning.
• Work a flexible schedule and occasionally support other departments as needed.
