The Salesperson supports customers with fashion and styling advice while working to achieve sales goals in store and digitally. This seasonal role focuses on creating strong customer relationships and delivering service that meets customers' needs.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools.
• Build customer relationships, provide styling and fit advice, and develop product knowledge.
• Support department readiness by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, marking down prices, and light cleaning.
• Promote Nordstrom Rewards accounts and collaborate with the team.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and people skills with a self-motivated, goal-oriented approach.
• Ability to use networking and technology to support sales goals and excel in a team environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, follow through, and work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
