Summary

Seasonal and regular retail salesperson responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales goals both in-store and digitally, and cultivating lasting customer relationships through in-person and digital channels. The role involves styling customers, providing product knowledge and feedback on fit, and supporting department readiness through merchandising and order fulfillment. Schedule varies by business needs and flexibility to work in different departments is required.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools such as text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow customer following
• Provide honest and confident styling and fit recommendations to customers
• Open new rewards program accounts and promote loyalty enrollment
• Stock merchandise, fill orders, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer ready department
• Work collaboratively with the team and be flexible to support other departments as needed
• Deliver excellent customer service on the customers terms

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal oriented with strong interest in using technology for sales
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced retail environment
• Organizational skills and strong follow through
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Physical ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours and perform frequent bending and reaching
• Ability to lift items regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
