Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings by measuring for size and providing fit and style guidance
• Build lasting customer relationships through personalized service and follow up
• Achieve sales goals in-store and digitally using tools like text and social media
• Collaborate with team on filling orders, stocking and remerchandising
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to maintain a customer ready department
• Participate in trainings to stay updated on product knowledge and fashion trends
• Handle merchandise including lifting items up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds occasionally
