Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
- Build lasting relationships with customers and grow customer following
- Provide style and fit guidance and honest feedback to customers
- Use networking and technology to drive sales including text and social media
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and keep department customer ready
- Work flexible schedule that varies by week and may include other departments
- Collaborate with team to meet business needs and priorities
