Responsibilities
- Motivate to drive business and achieve sales goals.
- Focus on the customer to drive business decisions.
- Support company initiatives and participate in team training.
- Utilize new technology and "More Ways to Shop" to enhance business results.
- Represent RL Brand expectations in-store and deliver consistent customer experiences.
- Support a collaborative environment with the customer at its core.
- Engage in networking to build a clientele.
- Provide ongoing feedback to Management on successes and opportunities.
- Strengthen customer connectivity with alternative paths to purchase.
- Ensure sales floor and store standards are consistently met.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stock room, and office, and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
