Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain relationships with customers

• Support merchandising tasks including stocking and re-merchandising
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Work a flexible schedule and occasionally perform duties in other departments
• Handle merchandise and assist customers requiring physical movement and lifting
