Summary

Seasonal Retail Selling Associate responsible for cultivating client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement while using digital tools and in-store technology. This onsite role supports sales goals through styling, outreach, and omni-channel selling and reports to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with clients through elevated selling and personal engagement
• Provide expert styling and brand knowledge to drive sales
• Use digital tools and store technology for outreach and selling
• Sell using omni-channel and fleetwide inventory
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
• Strategize business development to increase productivity through outreach and technology
• Utilize social media and digital tools to connect with clients and drive traffic

Requirements

• Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail
• Experience with technology and selling to clients using digital tools
• Commission sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalency
• Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals
• Flexible work schedule including seasonal hours
