Seasonal Retail Selling Associate

Summary

Client Advisor responsible for cultivating client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement. Role focuses on in-store and digital selling using technology to reach clients and achieve sales goals. This is an onsite seasonal position reporting to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide elevated styling and product knowledge to clients in person and digitally
• Use digital selling tools and social media to connect with and convert clients
• Utilize omni-channel and fleetwide inventory for client sales
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
• Strategize outreach and merchandising to grow individual productivity
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration with team
• Demonstrate expert styling and trend authority during client interactions

Requirements

• Experience in fashion retail, styling, or related selling roles
• Experience using technology and digital tools for client sales
• Commission sales experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals
• Flexible work schedule to meet store needs
