Seasonal retail stock and fulfillment role responsible for receiving and processing merchandise, fulfilling customer orders, and supporting store operations to ensure a high quality customer experience. Role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight and unpack newly arrived merchandise
• Deliver merchandise to selling departments and organize stockrooms
• Fulfill and prepare customer orders following packing and shipping standards
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan and process shipments
• Research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes
• Assist with setting up special events and relocating store fixtures
• Maintain clean and organized selling floors and backroom areas
• Perform markdowns and general store support tasks

Requirements

• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to use various technology and new computer applications
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching
• Frequent use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation
• Ability to lift regularly up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
