Summary

Seasonal Sales Assistant responsible for supporting store operations during peak periods by replenishing merchandise, assisting customers, and maintaining back of house organization while working with sales associates to ensure a positive client experience.

Responsibilities

• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor
• Perform stock checks for customers and to support sales associates
• Assist with merchandise floor moves and visual tasks
• Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
• Comply with sales related policies and procedures
• Maintain organization of back of house to uphold standards and efficiency
• Greet and interact with customers in a warm and friendly manner
• Determine customer needs and direct them to the appropriate sales associate
• Assist sales associates in resolving client problems and complaints as needed

Requirements

• Prior experience using a POS system
• Customer service focused with sales ability
• Self-starter with the ability to drive results
• Curious and motivated with the ability to engage clients
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
