Seasonal Sales Assistant

Summary

Seasonal Sales Assistant responsible for maintaining the sales floor, assisting customers and sales associates, and supporting visual merchandising and back of house organization. This role involves operating the point of sale system and ensuring compliance with sales policies while delivering friendly customer service. The position is seasonal and focused on driving sales and client engagement in store.

Responsibilities

• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor
• Perform stock checks for customers and support sales associates
• Assist with merchandise floor moves and visual tasks
• Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
• Comply with all sales related policies and procedures
• Maintain back of house organization and standards
• Greet and interact with customers in a warm and friendly manner
• Determine customer needs and direct them to appropriate sales associate
• Assist sales associates in resolving client problems and complaints as needed

Requirements

• Prior experience using a POS system
• Self-starter with ability to drive results
• Curious and motivated with strong engagement skills
• Customer service focused with passion for selling and client engagement
• Ability to work in a seasonal retail environment
