Summary
Seasonal Sales Assistant joining the store team for the holiday season at the Las Vegas North Premium Outlet, reporting to the Store Manager. Role focuses on delivering elevated customer service, supporting sales activities, and maintaining store operations and presentation during peak trading periods.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to deliver the Versace brand experience
- Support Sales Associates with ringing, selling ceremony and greeting clients
- Develop product and brand knowledge to drive sales
- Assist with client relationship management and events to grow business
- Manage stock and backroom operations including goods receiving and transfers
- Participate in stock takes and stock arrangement
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Run product from back of house to front of house
- Comply with company operational policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, luxury experience preferred
- Proven customer service and sales skills in a retail environment
- Basic computer skills including retail sales systems, Word, Excel and email
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results driven approach
- Positive, outgoing, high energy personality suited to a fast paced environment
- Ability to work the holiday season and support peak store operations
