Seasonal Sales Assistant - Woodbury Commons

Summary

The Seasonal Sales Assistant will support the Woodbury Commons store by handling transactional, inventory and back-of-house tasks to ensure smooth retail operations. This non-selling position focuses on processing sales and returns, managing repairs and consignments, and maintaining accurate records in the POS and CRM systems. The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process client transactions, refunds, exchanges, and staff sales on the POS system
• Collect and update client information in the database and support CRM activities
• Handle repairs, consignments and e-reservations, coordinating with warehouse and HQ
• Perform cash reconciliation, register opening/closing, and maintain transaction records
• Support inventory processes including ticketing, cycle counts, reconciliation, and stock organization
• Assist sales staff and VIC/BA clients when needed and help maintain the store image and packaging levels
• Answer phones, coordinate customer follow-up, and support ad hoc store projects

Requirements

• Previous cashier or retail operations experience preferred with strong customer service skills
• Excellent numeracy, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and ability to learn POS/CRM systems
• High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
