Seasonal Sales Support - Greenwich

Summary

The Seasonal Sales Support (Operations Professional) provides back-of-house operational support for the Greenwich Tiffany store, helping to drive sales and deliver exceptional client service. The role is responsible for order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, receiving and shipping, and handling merchandise care and repairs. This position partners closely with Sales Professionals and management to optimize store operations and client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and merchandise transfers.
• Clean and care for jewelry and take in items for repair or service.
• Monitor and reconcile inventory using reports and systems; report discrepancies to management.
• Handle internal and external phone and email correspondence related to orders and client requests.
• Capture client data during interactions and partner with sales staff to optimize sales opportunities.
• Support operational efficiency and provide feedback on process improvements.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Organized, flexible, and able to perform varied tasks based on business needs.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: college/university degree and GIA coursework or graduate gemologist credentials.
