This role focuses on meeting sales goals, nurturing client relationships, utilizing technology for outreach, and supporting store operations during the seasonal period.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers providing excellent product knowledge and styling advice
- Create memorable in store experiences and deliver exceptional hospitality
- Maintain customer correspondence and use virtual selling to drive sales
- Promote full price volume across key product pillars and lifestyle categories
- Support inventory, special events, store opening and closing duties
- Follow company policies, dress and grooming standards
- Collaborate with store management, peers and corporate partners
- Assist with merchandising and product launches as needed
- Operate register and perform physical tasks per safety guidelines
Requirements
- Relevant retail or sales experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi task and work in a high pressure environment
- Proactive self starter with a passion for learning and the brand
- Proficient in English; other languages a plus
- Basic computer skills preferred including Word Excel and Outlook
- Ability to stand walk and move for multiple hours and lift up to 30 lbs
- Familiarity with industry trends and customer relationship building
